What type of account can I open with J Futures?

You can choose to open up an individual, joint, corporate, partnership, foreign, trust, IRA or Hedge account.

What is the minimum account size?

J Futures only requires an initial deposit of $5,000 to qualify for its $8.00 discount rate. There is no minimum balance requirement after your initial deposit. You also have the option of opening with as little as $2,000, but your commission rate will start out at $29.00 per round-turn. If you start with less than $5,000 and build it up to $5,000 or more at any time, please notify us and we will be more than happy to set your commission rate to $8.00 and keep it there for the life of your account.

Customers can be assured that our platforms have the capacity to handle orders in trading sessions where volume is heavy and markets are moving fast. They will not see a drop in the quality of execution.
